I'm sorry Max & Me are in such a Blogging frenzy, but it seems to calm our nerves that are being seriously frayed by all the overhead rat-tat-tatting of nail guns.
So, while Max is downstairs doing guard dog duty, our Uncle decided to take a break on the army cot with me. It was relaxing.
All the booming somehow knocked off our power supply and our Blogging computer went down due to the power supply not being plugged into an outlet. Me and our Uncle fixed it, so we can finish this Blogging. We hope.

Taking a Nap with Our Uncle
Blue & the Roofers
Max in monitoring the windows while I have taken up a surveillance position at the foot of my Uncle's 2 foot wide army cot that he only fell out of once last night.
This floor is vibrating from all the hammering going on overhead. That's why the photo looks a bit shaky.
You can see Max & Me's Blog on the computer screen in the background. I'm taking a short break from that to spend some time in the bed's lookout position.
Meanwhile Max is monitoring the entire house, except for the basement. He reports in about once every 5 minutes. The last time he monitored the top floor, Max did not bark. This told me and our Uncle that things are under control on the other floors.
For the last few minutes all is really quiet. Or maybe we are just getting way too used to the noise. Nope, Max just let loose with a warning. Me and Our Uncle are heading downstairs to investigate.
Spencer Jack Video
I think Max & Me forgot to show you video from last Saturday from when our Grandma and Grandpa and favorite Uncle met our Cousin, Spencer Jack for the first time. Max & Me make a short cameo appearance in the video.
Max & Me and Our Uncle and Grandma & Grandpa
That first photo is from yesterday. Max & Me were saying goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa. Michele wanted a picture, so Max jumped in our our Uncle's arms and I jumped up to Grandpa.
Max & Me wanted to go home with Grandma and Grandpa. But Michele wouldn't let us.
Max & Me's other Grandma, Grandma Janet came home to Max & Me yesterday afternoon. Grandma Janet does not make us much jam as Grandma and Grandpa. And so far Grandma Janet has not given Max & Me a single treat.
Grandma Janet and Kristin went to Seattle today. Max & Me hope Grandma Janet gets us a treat in Seattle.
In the meantime, Max & Me are home with our Uncle, watching the roofing project. We stay upstairs with our Uncle because that is closest to the roof. The roofers seem to be doing a good job and Max & Me only have to bark at them every once in awhile to get them back working hard. Our backyard is full of cords and equipment and ladders. We won't be going out there anytime soon. If we feel like we need to go outside, we'll let our Uncle know. But he is still totally incompetent with our special collars.
That photo you see of me sitting on our Uncle's lap and Max sitting on Michele, was taken last Saturday in Mount Vernon at the Chuckwagon. They make excellent cheeseburgers. Kristin got a Hot Fudge Milkshake and did not share any with Max & Me. We did not get a cheeseburger.
Michele got Onion Rings and Tartar Sauce with a Fish Burger with real cheese and tomato slices. Like Max & Me, our Uncle got nothing and said, "It's a wonder to me you girls are as skinny as you are what with all the bad stuf you eat."
It was a long drive up to the Skagit Valley on Saturday. It may have been the longest drive Max & Me have been on. It's hard to tell because we sleep a lot on a road trip.
We stayed awake for most of the Saturday trip, though, due to Max & Me sharing the back seat with our Uncle. He kept pestering us. Our Uncle does not like it when Max & Me lick him. So, we lick him a lot. It's great fun. He's the saltiest human Max & Me have ever licked. Tasty. Like a potato chip. Please don't tell Michele and Kristin that Max & Me know what a potato chip tastes like. Or a Fudge Brownie. They know we know what Bubblegum Ice Cream tastes like. Because they let us have some. They are very inconsistent. Max & Me feel like we are being double-binded by our mothers and may end up needing therapy and extensive poodle psychiatric care. Or just a cheeseburger.

Grandma & Grandpa Gone, Blue & Max Sad
Grandma and Grandpa said goodby to Max & Me this morning and headed back to Phoenix. It took us awhile to load everything into Grandma and Grandpa's van. There was a lot of jam. Grandma left a jar of jam for Max & Me.
Last night we had a party and Max & Me got to lick clean 2 bowls of Bubble Gum Ice Cream.
This morning a truck showed up in our driveway. That's it in the photo. Max & Me are busy guarding the house against these intruders.
Max & Me are starting to hear noises on the roof. We don't know what is going on . It's making us very very nervous.
Meanwhile, our Uncle is leaving us today to go to Pioneer Square in Seattle. He said Max & Me can not come along because we have to stay here and guard the house.

Saturday With Spencer Jack at Bay View
Saturday Max & Me had so much fun with our cousin, Spencer Jack. We mentioned that before and told you we'd show you some more photos if we remembered. That is Spencer and his mommy, Jenny in the first picture. Max & Me like Jenny a lot.
In the next photo Spencer Jack is visiting with his Great Grandpa and Grandma. And his Uncle Joey. Joey reminds us of our Uncle from Texas.
Working On Our Blog
Max & Me have a big day planned. Today is our Grandma and Grandpa's Anniversary. They've been married for decades, something like 350 years in dog years.
Max & Me are taking Grandma and Grandpa out for lunch at one of our favorite places due to their ultra deluxe cheeseburgers, that being Dukes in West Seattle.

Walking the People
Max & Me took Michele and our Uncle on a walk to UPS today. Max & Me think this is where Rosie the Rat Dog's and Bean the Wiener Dog's 2 mom's work. We overheard someone saying they were a pair of drones for UPS.
UPS means University of Puget Sound. Max & Me saw that on a sign today. This is where Michele went to school and learned how to be a lawyer.
Max & Me don't know if Rosie and Bean's moms were Michele's teachers when she went to school here.
Max got tired during our walk this morning and took a timeout on the grass.
Playing at the Beach at Bay View
Max & Me had ourselves a good time, for the most part, on Saturday. It was a fun drive north to Bay View State Park. We stopped at a Haggens grocery store in Marysville where Max & Me had great fun marking some new territory.
Max & Me like playing with our cousin, Spencer Jack. He walks on 2 legs like the other people do, but he is poodle-sized. Max & Me wish all people were poodle-sized like Spencer is.
Me and our Uncle are putting on weight. We all had a weigh in last night. Max has lost some weight, but he is still twice as big as me. I was told I'd gained weight and need to have my treats restricted. I don't recollect getting any treats. So, I'm confused.
Below is a video of Max & Me taking Kristin to the beach at Bay View. We met a dog smaller than Max & Me there.

The Max & Me Weekend
Max & Me took Kristin and Michele and our favorite Uncle up north to this place called Bay View State Park on Saturday.
Max & Me had a great time. On the way to Bay View we went to this place called Sakuma Brothers where we got some stuff called fruit. Max & Me do not care for fruit.
That's Max posing amongst the berries in the photo.
After getting that awful fruit stuff Max & Me took everyone to this town called Edison where Blue got in an awful fight with a giant dog and Michele and Kristin bought a lot of bread. Once more something Max & Me don't like all that much.
After we got the bread we went to Bay View where it seemed the mothers of our delinquent cousins, Rosie the Rat Dog and Bean the Wiener Dog, were not happy to see us. Max & Me wanted to just continue on our journey because we'd been having so much fun before we got to Bay View.
Bean the Wiener Dog has put on an awful lot of weight since Max & Me last saw that one-eye monster. Bean's stomach now sort of drags along the ground.
When it became obvious to everyone that Max & Me were bored out of our minds, Kristin and our Uncle took us to the beach. That was great fun. We met a real cute new friend at the beach.
After the beach we went back to the campground for some more tiresome tedium. After what seemed like a dozen tedious, tiring hours, our favorite cousin, Spencer Jack showed up. Max & Me have great fun with Spencer Jack. He gives us kisses.
That ill-behaved, badly trained other cousin of ours, the aforementioned Rosie the Rat Dog, viciously attacked little Spencer Jack like an unprovoked Pit Bull. It was awful.
That is Max & Me rushing to the rescue of Spencer Jack, in the photo, blocking Rosie the Rat Dog from any further biting at little Spencer.
Rosie and Bean are allowed to roam free, yapping at people far and wide. They repeatedly roamed in to other campgrounds. Max & Me were so embarrassed. Ironically, just for appearances sake, Max & Me keep our leash on at all times in public. It's only good manners. Ironic, we say? Well, Max & Me would never run off. And we certainly were raised better than to attack little boys.
Max & Me have a few more photos from the weekend we'll try to remember to share with you later.

Max & Me and Spencer Jack
Today Michele got home early. Those days are the favorite of Max & Me. Only Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are better.
Michele told Max & Me that if we behave ourselves, that tomorrow, on Saturday, Max & Me get to go see our cousin, Spencer Jack.
We are going somewhere north called Bay View State Park, up in the Skagit Valley, for a BBQ and Cheeseburgers, at 3 pm. Come out if you want to play with Max & Me. We'll be pretty busy with Spencer Jack, though.
Our favorite Aunts, Nancy and Loretta are going to be there, too. The downside of that is they always bring along those ill-bred mutts of theirs, Rosie the Rat Dog and Bean the Wiener Dog. Rosie has one long snaggle-tooth that scares Max & Me. Bean is missing one eye and that sort of creeps Max & Me out. That, and like we said, Bean is a weiner dog.
Max & Me don't know who else is going to be at Bay View. Maybe Aunt Jackie. We're pretty sure if she is there she won't have her hideous cats with her. Max & Me have never met Aunt Jackie's cats, but we've seen pictures. The pictures were enough to get Max & Me run fast in the other direction.
Max & Me hope our older cousins, Joey and Jason show up too. We don't remember the last time we saw them. Maybe out at Aunt Nancy and Loretta's cabin at Lake Cushman on the Olympic Peninsula.
Well, I guess Max & Me will be seeing y'all tomorrow up north. Max & Me are already fixin' to go. Our Uncle has been teaching Max & Me how to speak Texan. It's a difficult language.
Max & Me Are Wet In Tacoma
It is raining hard here in Tacoma this morning. There will be no walk for Max & Me.
Last night it was raining, but not hard. Kristin and Michele took Max & Me for a walk last night. We didn't get too wet.
Our Uncle is so cold that Michele gave him something called long underwear and a ski cap to wear to try and warm him up. He looks pretty funny, but he's stopped shivering, so that's a good thing.
Last night we had roast beef for dinner. That was good. Beef is good poodle food.
Yesterday Max & Me helped Grandma and Grandpa make a lot of marionberry jam. Max & Me do not like marionberries. We prefer beef. Beef jam would be really tasty on toast.
