Today was David's first full day as an only child. Max and Me think he tried real hard to make us not miss Evie and Marley. First, he let Kristin read him lots of stories in the sun.
Since there was only one kid, there was room on Kristin's lap for Max and Me. It was a little crowded, but Max didn't mind.
Later, David acted just like Marley. Max couldn't believe it. Neither could Michele.
Then, after what seemed like hours of begging, David got to do his favorite thing - rock the boat!
But before bed, he talked Kristin into some more stories. Max and Me don't know what's gotten into that kid, but we think we like it.
