We Can't Wake Michele Up

Today is Wednesday. That's the day each week when Max & Me have Michele to ourselves all day long. Max & Me look forward to this, for the most part. Last Wednesday we did not like that Michele made us take a bath.

Max & Me have been up for a couple hours. We are hungry. We are ready for our first nutritious, non-McDonald's, cheeseburger-free meal of the day.

But no matter how much we bark, no matter how much we jump up and down, we can't wake Michele up. Max & Me don't think our barking is louder than Michele's snoring. That's why she can't hear us and just keeps sleeping.

Which remind Max & Me of something we saw yesterday. There is this poodle named Skeeter who has a serious sleeping disorder, just like Michele. Skeeter falls asleep whenever he gets excited. Skeeter gets excited when its time to eat, so he falls asleep after one bite. Max & Me saw Michele do that once.
